Sanctified by the Holy Spirit

Sanctified by the Holy SpiritDiscovering and developing greatness in supporting our spiritual guidance and vision that God gave him. (Rom 15:15,16) "I have written 15Mas, brethren, boldness in part, as putting you in mind, by the grace given me by God to be a minister of Jesus Christ 16For the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, so that the Gentiles might become an offering acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit. "Those who exalt the ministry supporting, helping, are people who are internally motivated.(Philippians 4:15-17) "And you yourselves also know, Philippians, that at the beginning of the preaching of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving but you alone; 16 for even Thessalonica ye sent once and again for my needs. 17 Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account ".Shaft: MACEDONIA CHURCH.Paul (e-vision) marveled at the lead in helping the believers in Jerusalem.Paul had tried to encourage the churches to participate in giving. But these exceeded expectations:• responded enthusiastically and without reservation.• They became vessels used by God in a boundless."3For I testify that they have welcomed to their power, and even beyond their strength, with much urgency 4pidiéndonos them for the privilege of sharing in this service to the saints. 5Y not as we expected, but they gave themselves first to the Lord, and unto us by the will of God "(2 Corinthians 8:3-5)
He tells the Corinthians to take EXAMPLE.◦ One of the greatest satisfactions for a Servant of God, is that those around him are motivated from within. No need to push for things done (distracts the vision)."Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauty of holiness. From the womb of the morning thou hast the dew of thy youth. "(Psalm 110:3)The minister who helps the server to achieve the goals. But it is a joy to see a server that exceeds goals for yourself, because it is internally motivated to achieve success and excellence.Place within us to achieve high goals."And if anyone forces you to go one mile, go with him two" (Matthew 5:41).
Jesus introduces the concept of going the extra mile.It says: "force", because they were under the rule of the Roman Empire.Yet being released, can learn to better serve others.
There are 2 ways to do things:
1. Doing the minimum and not take another step.• Doing things with a smile, not only do them but do them well, with grace. With determination and waiting for results. Those who have a heart to help serve and want to.◦ Be a self-starter. To be internally motivated.Proactive: stands for produce, is diligent.Reactive: Acciona by order only.
WE SERVE TO BE PROACTIVE AND REACTIVE ONLY NO. (Aron)In other words: it is better to anticipate the task planning for the plan to work. Under connection and coverage. Under the right mission.◦ have initiative and be responsibleFinding the balance between: initiative and responsibility.• WHO HAS lot of initiative and little responsibility:• May become aggressive entering other areas assigned.• You can mismanage finances.• Move forward with projects without permission.
On the other hand, the helper and has very little initiative and responsibility:• Never pass their limits. Tied.• Do not do things unless you are told.It is easier to be handled.
To be a blessing MUST HAVE A BALANCE. Extreme cases create problems. We have to make a good combination.• You can see the needs and meet them, within the appropriate context. Not contrary to the vision of the Servant of God and desires. There are three types of people in life:◦ Those who make things happen.◦ Those who look like things happen.◦ Those who do not know what happened. We must not only be motivated from within, we motivate and inspire those around us to success and excellence.

I invite you to visit with great respect the blogspot that God has given me (Matthew 10:8 b) "... you have received, freely give." And, with much love I have some studies that God has revealed to me. (Ephesians 3:8) "To me, who am less than the least of all saints, this grace was given me preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ." (Ephesians 4:29) "Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for necessary edification, that it may minister grace unto the hearers."http://viclaly5757.blogspot.com/?spref=fbviclaly5757.blogspot.com
