NEW LIFE WITH NEW YEAR(Romans 12:1-3) "1 Therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 Do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what the will of God, and perfect. 3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think, but to think soberly, according to the measure of faith God has given you. "
INTRODUCTION:When approaching the end of each year we begin to think of the resolutions or changes for the new year ahead. We as Christians are to propose change to bear much fruit in this new year 2013 has begun, but we must consider spiritually supported by His Word of the Lord so that we can each day of this new year please our Lord God, and trust approach more in our Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
(Ecclesiastes 5:10) "Whoever loves money never has money enough, and he who loves wealth is never satisfied with his income. This too is meaningless. "

(Psalms 90:12) "So teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom." Sufficient unto the day is the evil" Lord ask God to help you to live day by day. Many will not see the dawn of a new day.The purpose of this day is to give thanks to God because it allowed us to live another year. Thankful to God that we are still here. A new year is a summons to extend what is ahead. The only one who knows what will happen is God.
Paul, who was to be sacrificed and said:(Philippians 3:12-14) "12 Not that I have already attained, or am already perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. 13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, 14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. "The arrival of a new year is to spread. That is, do not stay in the same place, but strive to defy the odds and in grace.
A NEW YEAR IS ANOTHER CHANCE TO GIVE MORE FRUIT.(Luke 13:6-9) "6 And he told this parable: A man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard, and he came seeking fruit thereon, and found none. 7 And the gardener said, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none, cut it off: Why should it use up the ground? 8 And he answered and said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung. 9 And if it bears fruit, well: and if not, cut it down. "

I.
